CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an already confirmed reservation you should contact us directly by phone or email in order to do any change. For modification to an existing reservation, If there is availability for new dates or to include more persons, we will let you know.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS/MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking. After the deposit has been paid, you can pay the balance monthly or in installments as you see fit up until the final payment deadline. You will receive a reminder when the final payment is due. The final payment deadline will be provided to each party.
